Killer tri set training

Yesterday I combined three body parts simply because I knew I had missed a shoulder session and wanted to at least hit them a little! It was killer session but soooo good and I wanted to share it with you all!

Each tri set counts as one set, take 30 seconds to breathe and then repeat again until you have completed 4 sets. Use light weights for this as it will burn and you will fatigue quickly!
